Join and troubleshoot a Teams meeting on an iPhone
- Install the official Microsoft Teams app and sign in with your company account.
- Open the meeting from the Teams calendar or tap the Teams link in Outlook.
- Before joining, confirm the microphone and camera settings. Use headphones when background noise is high.
- If nobody can hear you, open iPhone Settings > Apps > Teams and allow Microphone access. On older iOS versions, use Settings > Teams.
- If audio is unstable, turn the camera off and move to a stronger Wi-Fi or cellular signal.
Do not forward a meeting link outside the intended group unless the organizer approves it.
