Microsoft 365: Start here and use the correct account
Use your company Microsoft 365 account for Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, and other work apps.
- Open microsoft365.com from a bookmark or type the address yourself. Microsoft may redirect you to m365.cloud.microsoft; that is expected.
- Sign in with your company email address.
- If Microsoft asks which account to use, choose Work or school account, not a personal Microsoft account.
- Complete the Microsoft Authenticator prompt only if you started this sign-in.
Security: Do not sign in from a link in an unexpected email or text. Open Microsoft 365 from your bookmark instead.
If sign-in still fails, email USSITSupport@universalsiteservices.com with the app, device, time, and exact error. Never send your password or an Authenticator code.
